MMA FITNESS is based on the Fitness Training Principles that an MMA Fighter Competing in The UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) would undertake in order to compete at the highest level. MMA Fitness is a Cardio packed workout that caters for both men and women of all fitness levels to train at their own pace without contact and without getting hurt! Each 5 minute round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will help maximize not only fat burning but also in gaining lean muscle. The principle of this form of training allows the participant to burn more calories whilst increasing their metabolism and to also learn the fitness secrets of the world's best MMA Fighters.
PUNCH FITNESS includes boxing for Fitness where you will team up with a partner for the duration of the session, one person will be punching the focus mitts that the other person is holding and vice versa. All fitness levels, ages and genders can seriously benefit from this form of exercise which has been scientifically proven to also improve resistance, flexibility and defensive skills. KICK FITNESS combines elements of Thai Kickboxing, Boxing and Specific Fitness Drills in order to get you fit in the fastest way possible! Kick Fitness is designed for all fitness levels and will challenge you both mentally and physically which will incorporate high intensity kickboxing moves and a unique blend of intense interval and endurance training circuits. Kick Fitness will also help you increase your stamina, coordination, reduce stress levels and improve your balance, stability and core strength all whilst having fun and kicking your way to fitness!
RUN FITNESS sessions are conducted in a Running Club atmosphere that is catered for all Fitness Levels. We provide substantial, cutting-edge running sessions for the person who has never run before to a veteran road runner. No matter what your Fitness Level or running experience we can assure that you will improve the way you run in our specific Run Fitness sessions that consist of Interval, long Distance, Speed, Power, Plyometric and Fartlek Running sessions. In turn we will also help you to develop your Endurance, Breathing Pattern, Running Gait and Running Form in order to reach your specific goals.
YOGI FITNESS "Inhale Strength, Exhale Stress" Discover a workout that can make profound changes in body, mind, and spirit that no other exercise can bring. Yogi Fitness sessions are taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications that are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The Yogi Fitness sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body. Our Yoga does not adhere to any particular philosophy, religion or type of meditation. There is no chanting, Sanskrit words, or religious connotations used. The Yogi Fitness sessions combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation "cool down" session.

6 Month Package = 3350 AED (Valid for 8 months from Purchase Date)
Ultimate Fitness Package = 1400 AED (Includes our 4 Week Course of Group Fitness and Boot Camp Fitness = 5 Sessions per Week = 20 Sessions over 4 weeks)
Express Payment = Make payment 1 week prior to the Course Commencement and you will Receive 50 AED Off = 550 AED (Applicable only on a 4 Week Course)
